1. Is my item eligible for return?

You have 14 days from the day we ship your order to request a return.

• Full-Price Items: Eligible within 14 days.

• Sale / Discounted: Final Sale (No returns).

• International: Final Sale (No returns).

2. How to return Original Paintings

Strict Rule: Original paintings must be returned with their signed Certificate of Authenticity.

If the Certificate is missing or damaged, we cannot refund you. The art must be in the original tube/box and completely unaltered.

3. Damaged or Broken Art?

Did you buy Route Protection?
No Route Protection? You must email us photos within 24 HOURS of delivery. If you wait longer than 24 hours, we cannot help.

4. How to Start a Return

2. Wait for your approval & shipping label.

3. Note: The cost of the shipping label is deducted from your refund.

5. When do I get my money?

We inspect the art immediately upon arrival.

• Good Condition: Refund processed immediately (minus shipping cost).

• Damaged/Missing Certificate: Refund denied.
